Before that he has worked for eight years with public sector undertaking in the Ministry of Defence, and was franchisee of APTECH Computer Education for Eight years before becoming a realtor by choice.

Reddy is the Founder Member of NAR-INDIA (National Association of Realtors-India), Founder President of APRA (Andhra Pradesh Realtors Association), Chairman – Education Committee of NAR-India for two years and was President of NAR-INDIA for the year 2011-12.
